  • How to Start a Return: Simply contact our Creative Studio at support@oamiliving.com with your order number. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a prepaid shipping label or detailed return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. In the rare event that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately at support@oamiliving.com with clear photos of the issue. We will prioritize your request and arrange a swift replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Order Amendments & Cancellations

We know you are eager to cultivate your sanctuary. Many of our pieces enter fulfillment quickly to ensure prompt delivery across Australia and United States.

If you need to update a shipping address, change a size, or cancel an order, please email us at support@oamiliving.com as soon as possible. We can easily accommodate changes before your package leaves our studio. Once an order has been shipped, it will follow our standard 30-day return process.
